Women Leaders of Future (GKL)
Diana Misim, as a member of Kagider (Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey) and GKL committee, served as a project committee member, trainer, mentor and coach from 2010 through 2014. In the 5th year of the project, 2014-2016, she continued her social responsibility, value adding and volunteering mission by undertaking the project coordination.
4-day training sessions are given to young women university graduates (with business potential) on personal development, sectoral knowledge, business life Dynamics, and career planning to prepare them for business life. The participants are then given mentorship for 6 months during their job search process, and their progress is monitored.
