Solution Focused Coaching is a special process program that provides support to individuals and institutions. Coaching is a professional sharing process based on ethical principles established between the coach and the coachee.
Process Description
- Coaching is a special process/program to increase one’s awareness of life and the ability to live happily and successfully by reaching their inner resources and using desirable and sustainable resources.
- Coaching is a discipline that reveals the attitude, behaviour and approach people need to mobilize in the “coaching area” by asking powerfull questions to achieve what they really want. Coaching helps people see how they can clearly define the results they need to achieve, how they can maintain their desires, and how they can reach these results.
- Coaching culture requires respectful communication with each other, reporting without barriers to each other, working on how to improve business relations, and improving individual and business efficiency. It also helps realize the importance of feedback as a powerful tool in personal and institutional development to establish trusting relationships, and to increasing personal and business performance.
- Coaching is a professional sharing process created between the coach and the coachee.
- Complete confidentiality – No information regarding coaching, sessions and processes can be shared with internal/external parties. The whole process is between the coach and the coachee
- Trust-based communication between the coachee and the coach
- Ensuring that the coachee gets used to the concept of “working with a coach” and to the coaching approaches to form a mutual harmony
- The coach listening to the coachee with utmost attention throughout the process
- The coach being in line with the coaching methods, and asking powerful questions which emerge from the synthesis of coaching experience and knowledge.
- The coach using coaching methods to reveal results that are not in the short-term memory and the conscious awareness of the person receiving the coaching
Responsibility for the results of the process belongs to the coachee. The person receiving coaching is solely responsible for the realization of the actions planned at the coaching session and the results thus achieved.
