Inhouse Coach Supervision

The supervision process provides an awareness platform for the Inhouse Coach (Coach-like Manager). Meeting with an experienced professional coach enables the Inhouse Coach to reflect on the meetings conducted.

The process aims to support the learning and development of the Inhouse Coach in reaching coaching competency. It is a professional support process for creating/developing an effective coaching experience through reflection, evaluation and sharing of expertise for the inhouse coach’s meetings
